The Resource Program is set up to help students who need modified academic blocks or extra help to do homework for classes that they are in. We also provide a life-skills program for students who are on an Independent Education Plan so students may be involved in cooking, sewing, or other hands on activities. In the resource setting we try to maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere where students can feel comfortable asking for help and where they can get a break from the regular routine of academic classes. The students range from Grade 8-12 and various grades are mixed together in each block. Students work hard to complete goals of their IEPs and also learn to associate together in a positive and cooperative manner.
