ABOUT US

At PISIM Health Support Services, our journey began with a simple but profound belief that everyone deserves a good life (miyo-pimatisiwin). We recognize the Importance of cultural healing. At the heart of our work is the understanding that many Indigenous youth require assistance to recover from past trauma. We support Indigenous youth to recover from trauma, using traditional practices to make healing meaningful and relevant.

We strive to foster their autonomy, control, confidence, and empowerment as they move forward. Our approach is grounded in providing compassionate, non- judgmental, and trauma-informed care with empathy at its core.
